Whats Your Twenty Ten Strategy?

Have you planned your strategy for 2010? Well it’s not too late to set some time aside and sit down and get totally clear about where you are taking your business in the next twelve months.
Most people don’t even consider their goals until December the 31st, but experience tells me that during the holiday period our energy changes so I suggest you put a process in place now before the holidays kick in. So go on, put your positive attitude to work, write your future to fulfil your dreams. This way your momentum will already be building, and you will be ahead of the game when you return to work in January.

Here are some questions to get you started.

What do you want to achieve in for your business in 2010? Now I don’t know what your personal/business goals are but I do know you need to be crystal clear about what it is that you want to achieve and why it’s important to you. If you were to continue using your current business model, how likely are you to reach those goals?

You need to be completely honest with yourself I know that unless I am prepared to step out of my comfort zone and do something different in the coming months then I am not going to make a significant difference.
On my recent business breakthrough workshop, I reminded everyone that ‘the level of thinking that got you to where you are today will prevent you from reaching the next level.

If you could achieve your goals with your current strategies you would probably already have done so. So if you aren’t there already, maybe it’s because you are thinking too small or not implementing the right tools or resources that you already have. May be its time to raise your game.

So what projects will you be working on in 2010? Which will give you the best ROI? After all you are in business to make a profit!

How can you utilise what you have grown already? What can you leverage? How did you generate most of your income in 2009?

What marketing strategies will you be replicating? What marketing strategies will you be implementing? Are you delivering the right message to the right people using the right medium?
Maybe you will choose to focus more on inbound marketing – for example writing interesting blog content, offering informative free reports, instructive e-courses, creating helpful videos, teleclassess and webinars, that naturally pull people towards you so they can discover more about what you do and how you can help them.

And as a final thought let me just leave you with a quote from St. Francis of Assisi,
Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.
